The city portals are an important medium in the municipality’s communication with its citizens, displaying concise, clear messages in the urban space. In autumn 2012, Horsens Municipality opened up the possibility of commercial advertising on its eight city portals.The eight city portals are strategically positioned by the busiest approach roads to Horsens. The strategic location of the city portals means that the messages on the city portals reach a large and wide target group of motorists, cyclists and other passers-by.
